Stevens University Dismantling
This was a selective truss dismantle for Stevens University in Hoboken, NJ
Roof needed to be taken down in sections small enough to be carried through a man door and special care had to be taken to not damage finished concrete floor.
Roof panels were stripped before trusses were removed.
Building was previously a swimming pool used for their row team. Special care had to be taken to ensure finished floor was not damaged during dismanteling.
We used heavy duty scaffolding to support trusses while they were cut apart.
Once all trusses were safely down, bridging was cut flush with the wall and steel was removed.
